I'm Polly. Product designer nerding out on how people think and make decisions. I'll question whether something should exist before designing it and iterate until it actually works. Useful beats beautiful every time.

Energy Reports Dashboard

status: shipped

year: 2024

type: internal software

$ hypothesis

A dashboard that only archives isn’t a dashboard, it’s storage. The bet: turn it into an easy and fast analysis building dashboard.

$ specifics

Managers relied on exporting

$ outcome

Shipped and adopted, with positive stakeholder feedback. Manager collaboration improved and requests forwarded to the analytics team dropped.

Ticket Management

status: shipped

year: 2026

type: tool redesign

$ hypothesis

Users weren’t missing a feature, they were stuck in a flow built for one relationship at a time. Assignment needed to match how partners actually work: in bulk, from a list they already have.

$ specifics

Every year, roughly 20% of user companies hold 10+ tickets, yet they didn’t have a feature to make it happen efficiently.

$ outcome

I built CSV bulk assign, a ticket table for high-volume users, and error validation that catches bad rows before anything commits.

I started with a camera and ended up in every Adobe app there is. Always curious about alternatives, always comparing how different tools approached the same problem. That's where the interest in product design actually started.
